Scope Of Work

Cadence McShane Construction Company completed the construction of the 266,400-square-foot, industrial distribution and warehouse facility for Katoen Natie located in Hutchins, Texas. Katoen Natie specifically uses the Dallas Polymers Terminal facility to supply and store polymers in the warehouse facility to then distribute to other companies worldwide.

Cadence McShane constructed the two-story facility utilizing pre-engineered metal frames and concrete tiltwall panels. The firm also completed the 259,200-square-foot interior made of galvanized framing for the open warehouse. The 7,200-square-foot office space features conference rooms, IT space, break rooms, and training spaces for Katoen Natie employees.
