Scope Of Work
This property was one of the Ten Most Wanted Drug Houses in Boston before we began the task of renovating it. Prior to the start of construction, the house was covered with gang graffiti both inside and out, and the inside of the building was in no way fit for human habitation. Through a cooperative effort with the City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development, this property was seized from the drug dealers who were living in it, turned over to us for rehabilitation, and ultimately sold to two first-time homebuyers.
