Scope Of Work
The Prescott Library is a piece of town pride. The library had leaks from day one, and when GCON came to make repairs, the library needed to stay active and open to the public. Our team removed existing metal and the membrane roof system, including cover boards, then installed new cover boards that created a sealed-tight, new roof.
