Scope Of Work
Working with teams outside of Arizona needs special attention, trust and great relationships. GCON proudly brought this office space back to life by adding modern touches to the lobby, all common areas and office suites. GCON is this client’s full service contractor, helping with design, GMP, and even helping cross-promote the building to potential tenants. GCON was able to take on the challenges of working on the tallest building in Mesa, on a corner with the highest traffic count in the Valley all while not interrupting the current clients occupying the building. We are proud to partner on the Mesa Tower!
