Kevin Sharp is the owner of Green Solutions Landcare and is a Kentucky native who lives in Lexington with his wife Erica, a professional photographer, and their two children. Kevin attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. From early in his career Kevin worked in facility management gaining the knowledge and experience needed in the landscaping industry. Kevin then spent almost a decade as an Operations Manager for two large landscape companies in Lexington. Those experiences led him to found Green Solutions Landcare, allowing him the ability to give a more personal and professional touch to every client and property. Kevin’s goal at Green Solutions Landcare is to offer the highest quality property management while building a lasting relationship with each and every client.
Since the age of 14, Dave has developed and has maintained a passion for the Green Industry and has had the opportunity to own, manage, and provide consultation services to others in the industry. With that experience, knowledge, leadership, and passion for developing, maintaining, and enhancing properties for over two decades at various levels and for different successful organizations, he has had the opportunity to work with many clients across the Bluegrass Region. He has served as a vital portion of the grounds development and management aspect and have developed teams that became a key component to the overall success of each company.
He takes great pride in my resourcefulness to both develop and seek out new systems, procedures, and products in an effort to increase production and practice environmental stewardship and sustainability.
Dave enjoys spending his time with his two daughters, running, traveling, UK basketball, Auburn, Georgia, and Green Bay Packers football, golf, any type of automobile racing, and writing and listening to any type of music.
Penny was born in Florida but moved to Louisville, KY during her middle school years. She began her career during high school by providing transcription services for a large insurance company. After graduation, she attended Western Kentucky University majoring in Business Administration and Accounting. During her years in the workforce, Penny has found that she enjoys both human resources and bookkeeping. She has provided staffing services for Churchill Downs, bookkeeping and operations for her husband’s emergency management company, and has owned and operated a deli in Louisville called Deli in the Park. Penny now resides in Georgetown with her husband and enjoys spending time with her four children and four grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoys photography.
