John K. Farley, is the Vice President of CTC Demolition Company with over 30 years in the demolition, dismantling, and environmental remediation industry.  He has a strong background in engineering, estimating, project design, hazard assessment, and safety regulations and concerns related to the industry.  

Other assets include certifications involving equipment safety and operations, project hazards, fall protection, fire safety, first aid, shoring and trench safety, as well as, personal protection for workers, managers, and owners.  

He has completed large and complicated commercial and industrial projects throughout the country in a safe and timely manner.

     Gregory J. Caruso an entrepreneur who has partnered with CTC Demolition Company with the focused purpose of contributing to the top line revenue growth of the CTC business plan.  

     Greg is OSHA certified and has an MBA in project management and has leveraged this advanced education to develop a market expansion model and personally engage new clients in business development leading to nearly ten million dollars of new bid opportunities.

     Prior to becoming a CTC strategic partner, Greg had gained an extensive background in facilities management, including nuclear training, science materials labs, and quality assurance working in the Materials, Science, and Engineering department at The University of Florida. 

     The skills of teamwork, collaboration, and decision making have been developed during his years owning a private music studio while gaining skills as an educator molding and motivating lives resulting in the success of hundreds of students going on to higher education and orchestras across America.
