CTE is owned and operated by Jay Hancock, Jay has been in business in the McCook area for more than 20 years with Hancock Sand and Gravel. In 2004 he started CTE Construction also serving Southwest Nebraska and Northwest Kansas. Jay founded CTE with the goal of providing high quality service at a fair price.
