Marcy Harrow is the majority owner as a women and an Air Force veteran of foreign wars with campaign service medals and accommodations. She has a degree in Occupational Safety and Health with numerous licenses all geared towards the construction industry, she also is an OSHA Authorized construction safety trainer that conducts 10 & 30 hour construction safety classes that result in certification for contractors. Marcy's main focus is the commercial and the safety side of the business. She has 15 years experience in construction safety. Marcy also has a strong background in selective "interior" refit/re-model/selective demolition.

Chuck Harrow is an Air Force veteran of foreign wars with campaign service medals and accommodations. He has a degree in business administration with 21 plus years in the flooring industry. Chuck is a second generation flooring professional with extensive knowledge of flooring products, design and building practices.
