\r\nproject, analyzing materials, equipment, techniques and schedules as well as the overall impact on
\r\nproject costs, quality and timing.

Packard Building Services Construction Management team ensure control over all critical aspects of construction, including scheduling, costs, performance, etc. PBS Construction Management Program includes single contact accountability for construction, effective integration with Architects and Engineers, enhanced opportunity to FAST TRACK the project, complete and integrated project plans, an enhanced bidding process, early identification/correction of potential cost overruns.

With many resources, Packard Building Services has the ability to self-perform a variety of work from Interior Finish Out to Electrical and Plumbing.
