Lien believes in building things that last — whether it’s dreams, companies or buildings.
A naturalized citizen, Lien embraced America’s core values of hard work and constant learning (alt phrase: learning on the job). She opened her first family-owned business at 24, eventually selling the venture for a solid profit.
Not one to dwell on past achievements, Lien has more than 20 years experience in managing institutional divisions, including the Lombardi Breast Cancer Facility at Georgetown, as well as small businesses. She has a proven record of controlling costs, increasing revenue and improving customer service and communications.
Lien joined Ritz Construction in 2007, and assumed management of the company in 2013. Under her leadership Ritz Construction has expanded it’s capacity to address commercial and government projects while maintaining the company’s commitment to quality, on-time builds.
In her downtime, you will find Lien embracing additional challenges. The mother of three is an avid runner, successfully completing the Marine Corp marathon, almost a dozen Rock n Roll marathons, and the Tough Mudder.
Lien’s real passion is helping businesses and people be successful. She looks forward to discussing your needs to achieve your goals.
