Scope Of Work
This is a renovation of 200,000-SF Warehouse. The work includes architectural repairs to the exterior of the building, including replacement of existing windows with new translucent panels and built-in louvers, lead paint abatement and exterior painting. The work also includes replacement of the existing steam heating system with a dual-fuel hot water heating system. The electrical system is being upgraded to a new, 1,600-A centrally located electrical service and associated electrical gear. Life safety systems are also being upgraded, including a new FACP and new ESFR fire suppression system. The project also includes extending a new 6-in gas line along U Avenue approximately 5,000-lf from Building 89 to Building 82.
