Scope Of Work
We were the prime general contractor on this design-build construction of a new 7700 SF mission critical operations and maintenance center. Project is Silver Certified. We self- performed about 50% of the work including all structural steel erection, PEMP (pre-engineered metal building). Siding, roofing, windows, doors and hardware, framing, drywall, ceilings, painting.
