Our Story

When it comes to dirt, there’s a lot that can’t be seen until the project starts, which can lead to delays and cost overruns. In most cases, however, we can see it, long before the site work begins, thanks to instincts that come from having successfully completed hundreds of projects.

We’ve worked on simple jobs, such as residential septic tank (OSS) installs and complex jobs like demolition of commercial buildings and site preparation. Land Dirt Pipe Construction, LLC approaches them all with the same attention to detail and care.

About Us

Land Dirt Pipe Construction, LLC is owned by a father and son team. Jerry Perkl, father and son Nolan Perkl. They are both actively engaged in the daily operations of the business.

Land Dirt Pipe Construction, LLC has been providing the Western Washington region with excavation contractor services since 2009.  We are licensed, bonded and insured.

Meet a valued member of our team, Eric Jury

Eric started his career in the earthwork and underground utilities business as a laborer in 1990. After becoming a mainline pipe layer in 1992, he moved into a site superintendent position in 1994. Then in early 1996 he was offered a position to lead a civil construction company into doing plat work. This is where he gained the knowledge of how to negotiate, estimate and close out projects. In early 2005, he took a position with a prominent home builder in Snohomish county developing land into subdivisions. He gained a lot of knowledge about entitlements and permit processes that the developers and builders have to endure in those few years. In 2007, he returned to the previous civil construction contractor as General Manager and assisted in expanding their operation into commercial work. In 2015 Eric decided to join the LDP team as a Project Manager/ Estimator. Eric is responsible for: establishing new customer and clients, estimating and negotiating projects, securing subcontracts with our trade partners and working with our customers invoicing and close out.  Eric reports directly to ownership of LDP and assists with the planning, scheduling and oversight of various jobs and contracts.
