I am dedicated to improving the environments of which we spend most of our day in. Superior janitorial service every clean is not just a goal but an absolute practice we (at Jan-Serve) live by. I don't believe in "signing a customer to a janitorial services contract and then my role ends" I make myself available by phone, text email-every day 24/7 Christmas and weekends. I believe not only should I continually check in on our clients but I frequently visit the site and help clean. This helps me determine if we have any room to provide even better service or answer questions to learn new improvements at the site we are cleaning... have we forgotten a particular method that may work better? Can we try a new style or approach to cleaning? Do we need to add a leather polish or marble cleaner to the janitors basket? We always find a way to be even better and we mean business when it comes to delivering excellent janitorial services every clean...and if we have for any reason failed to deliver excellence (although rare!) We do not charge our clients one penny! We as a family unit at Jan-Serve, and that includes every one on the team, from the owners and operators, to our highly valued employees this includes our "amazing-customer -satisfaction- driven Janitors " we are all service driven customer satisfaction never quit'n team!
