Scope Of Work
Modernization project designed to adjust the library to the school’s Block Plan
Part of the school’s commitment to 100% Carbon Neutrality by 2020
Adds 20,000 square feet to the library, and a 9,700-square-foot fourth level
Project also includes demolition of the 1980’s Tutt South addition
Includes a new Center for Immersive Leaning and Engaged Teaching
Includes a geothermal system with new landscaping
