Scope Of Work
Renovation remade a 1950s residence hall named for long-time school president William Slocum
Viewed as setting a new standard for student housing at Colorado College
Changes inside and out added more natural light, and gathering and study spaces
Included all new MEP systems, structural upgrades, 3-level addition, 4-level infill section, new windows, installation of privacy showers in upgraded bathrooms, addition of air conditioning, asbestos abatement, exterior skin upgrade, and new landscaping
Fast-track schedule accommodated school schedule
