Scope Of Work
Addition includes a 10-story expansion, a 1-story west expansion, and a 3-story west expansion
New tower houses the Colorado Center for Maternal/Fetal Health, as well as specialized spaces for cancer care, bone marrow treatment, oncology, orthopedics, heart and rehabilitation medicine
Performed under an Integrated Project Delivery tri-party contract, where all parties shared risks and rewards
Construction occurred while original Children’s Hospital was in full operation
Work included site development, utilities, storm and sanitary sewer, and water systems designed and installed to comply with campus standards and guidelines
Strict safety and infection control protocols in place during construction
