I was recommended I&A by a realtor friend who has used their services many times, and they did not disappoint. The pricing was the most competitive and we got the best service for it (the roof we're working with needed a complete tear-off because of 3 different types of roofing being put on over many years) while giving the optimal service we needed. Communication was very timely and I never felt like emails or calls were dodged. Andrey and crew were pleasant, direct, and did a great job with their work. I will absolutely be using their services again when the time comes and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs similar work done.

As a General Contractor quality workmanship and long term relationships are a key to the success of my business. I am thankful for the relationship that I have with I and A Roofing that now spans more than 15 years. time and time again they deliver a superior job at a competitive price. Roof replacement can be a messy job with a potential to uncover unseen problems and additional costs that can be overwhelming. I and A are amazing. Their work practices are the cleanest that I have ever seen and dry rot issues are handled immediately and at a fair cost. I love the way they start a job and work it through to completion in a timely manner. I have used them for numerous residential roof applications with never a homeowner complaint. I have also used them for commercial apartment roofing jobs that also went off without a hiccup and everyone was pleased and happy throughout the process. I will continue to use Andre and Ivan and highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
