Webber

Atul is a 23-year veteran of PepperLawson Waterworks and through his leadership, the company now has offices in San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston and Austin. Atul learned the waterworks business from the ground up, beginning his career in San Antonio on the Salado Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project. His experience is specialized in the waterworks business, using all types of contracting methods and advanced water technologies. He joined Pepper Lawson Construction in 1993 and within a year began building a team which has since constructed more than $1B in water and wastewater projects across Texas. A leader and innovator in the Texas waterworks community, Atul was a key player in the creation of TxWin in 2013 and is currently serving this owner-contractor support organization as its Chairman.

Curtis has been in the heavy highway construction industry for over 30 years and previously served as District President of Texas for SEMA Construction. He was named the 2012 Executive of the Year in Transportation by the American Business Awards. Curtis is also active in the AGC of Texas and served as the Austin Area Chair for 2 years.

Jose has been in the heavy civil construction business for 20 years and has participated in construction projects around the world, including major P3 and Design-Build Projects throughout Indiana and Texas. Jose holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Politechnique University in Madrid and is also a graduate of the Chicago Management Institute at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Josh has 18 years of heavy civil construction experience with a passion for mentoring and developing young talent in the construction industry. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and later earned his MBA from The University of Texas in Dallas. In 2018, Josh was named as one of ENR’s 2018 Top Young Professionals. He is involved in the Texas chapter of the Association of General Contractors, Design Build Institute of America, and other associations within our Texas markets. Josh continually looks for opportunities to partner with local community groups to ensure our projects provide benefit to the citizens in those communities.

For 15 years, Matt has worked in the Engineering and Construction industry and currently is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting for Webber, LLC and its four business lines. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Baylor University.

As CIO, Moises leverages his 17 years of experience in the construction industry to lead and oversee all aspects of Webber’s information technology, enterprise systems and information security. Moises obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University where he specialized in Construction Engineering and Project Management.

With over 25 years in the industry, Richard brings a wide range of experience from every aspect of the recycled materials, demolition and mining business. As Managing Director for Southern Crushed Concrete, he leads the company – that includes demolition, construction rubble recycling and mining at 18 facilities across the Houston, Galveston and Corpus Christi markets. Richard joined SCC’s parent company, Webber, LLC, as a Design-Build Manager in 2014 and grew into the Director of Project Controls position within the heavy civil division. Prior to joining Webber, Henderson served as an Area Manager for Granite in the state of Washington.

Todd has 30 years of industry experience across the U.S., with a keen understanding of the construction industry and a passion for building strong relationships with his clients and within the community he serves. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida and he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Well-known and respected in the Houston AEC community, he serves on the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Paint Horse Committee and is a member of the Katy Economic Development Council, Katy ISD Bond Committee, Houston ISD Foundation and the Texas Tech Advisory Board for Construction Engineering.

Prior to joining the Webber team, Mario worked for boutique litigation firms in the Houston area where he focused his practice on matters affecting the construction industry. He received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin (cum laude) and his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and is a member of the State Bars of Texas and Georgia. He is an active member of the AGC of Texas and serves on their Legislative Drafting & Review Committee.
