Kevin Aguilar, the owner of Aguilar Construction Services was born and raised in New Orleans and has over 18 years of construction experience. His background in general construction and restoration is extensive. Over the years, he has traveled and lived in various cities in the United States. This has allowed him to work with some of the best builders in the US. In 2010, Kevin created Aguilar Construction Services, a licensed general contracting and public adjusting firm. Kevin also offers his services as a keynote speaker for the roofing and restoration industry. Kevin’s well-rounded background in general construction and property restoration gives him the industry creditability to capture his audience and train his peers.
Pamela Manning is the office manager for Aguilar Construction Services. She grew up in West Monroe, LA. In 2004, she graduated with her BA in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Pam is responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, this includes financial management, customer service, IT management, sales support, and payroll. She works closely with Kevin and staff to make sure all of the organizational needs of the Aguilar Construction Services are met.
“Pam” has more than 10 years of administrative experience. She has a background in insurance and real estate. After college she earned her Louisiana state Real Estate License and worked in this field for several years. She’s currently a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker. In addition, she has obtained her Property and Casualty license and works as a producer. This combination of experience makes her a valuable resource for Aguilar Construction Services.
