Andrew Skipper's Bio
Andy Skipper co-founded Evergreen in 1974. Andy works in the general management, strategic planning and new business opportunities of the company. He has been active in real estate development with Evergreen for over 40 years. Andy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Bruce Pomeroy's Bio
Bruce Pomeroy co-founded Evergreen in 1974. In addition to his management responsibilities, Bruce supports Evergreen’s Acquisition Team with strategic planning, deal structuring and negotiation. He also works with customers and employees to continuously improve the quality of Evergreen’s development work and increase the value created through Evergreen’s relationships with its customers. Bruce has more than 40 years of real estate development experience and currently serves as a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). For ICSC Bruce teaches nationally, a course on advanced real estate development. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College.
Chris Bergren's Bio
Chris is a Principal of Evergreen and oversees the Acquisition Team and Business Development Team. His primary responsibilities include creating shopping center development opportunities throughout California and crating relationships with new retailers to help facilitate their expansion plans. Chris also works closely with our existing retailer clients and is actively involved in store placement strategy, site acquisition and assemblage, deal structuring and negotiations, preliminary due-diligence, site planning and deal documentation. Chris has more than 20 years experience in real estate finance, investment and development and has worked for both public and private real estate companies focusing on different product types. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. Chris has been with Evergreen since 2005.
Dana Dragon's Bio
Dana oversees Evergreen’s real estate consulting services work for lenders, law firms, insurance companies, portfolio consultants, investors and owners. Her team provides development, property management and asset management for commercial properties nationwide. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry managing tenant roll-outs and developing stores for retail users and has completed development work on over 100 projects. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA and has been with Evergreen since 1993.
Doug Leventhal's Bio
Doug Leventhal is Evergreen’s Chief Operating Officer. Doug is involved with all aspects of Evergreen’s retail commercial development as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the company. Doug is the Designated Broker for Evergreen Commercial Realty, which is the brokerage arm of Evergreen. Doug earned an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and both a Master of Architecture (MArch) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Arizona State University. Doug most recently served as Chairman of the Board for Valley Partnership as well as serves on the Board of Advisors for REIAC Southwest and appears as a guest lecturer at ASU. Doug joined Evergreen in 2000.
Laura Ortiz's Bio
Laura Ortiz is President of Evergreen and oversees the firm’s retail developments and its Development Managers. Her responsibilities also include new client development and relationship management, tenant lease negotiations, and developing and implementing tools and systems for the management of Evergreen’s projects. Laura graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Arizona. She has been with Evergreen since 1994.
Reuben Garbett's Bio
Reuben Garbett is a Principal of Evergreen and its Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company since 2002. His primary responsibilities include placement of corporate and project specific debt facilities, company financials, and project underwriting. During his tenure with Evergreen, Reuben has been involved in most facets of real estate development from due diligence, entitlements and capitalization, all the way through construction close out and tenant coordination. He is a licensed and active real estate agent in Arizona and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Reuben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Rogg Collins is a Principal and member of Evergreen’s Acquisition Team. His primary responsibilities include sourcing ground-up retail development projects and site acquisition work for national retailers with a focus on Southern California markets. Rogg works closely with Evergreen’s retail clients and is actively involved in store placement strategy, site acquisition and assemblage, deal structuring and negotiations, preliminary due-diligence, site planning and deal documentation. Rogg has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, and his previous work as a broker and in-house real estate representative brings a valued development perspective to the numerous retailers he represents. Rogg holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and has been with Evergreen since 2001.
Tim O'Neil's Bio
Tim is a Principal of Evergreen and manages strategic capital and investor relationships, Arizona and Colorado acquisitions and Evergreen’s Mexican and Chilean partnerships. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in International Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Tim has been with Evergreen since 1998.
Tyler Carlson's Bio
Tyler Carlson is a Managing Principal, manages Evergreen’s Denver office and leads the acquisition and development of all commercial properties in Colorado. During his tenure with Evergreen, Tyler has been involved in all facets of real estate development from initial site identification and contract negotiation through construction close out and tenant opening across a multitude of projects throughout the country. Tyler has significant experience in structuring joint ventures and public private partnerships, the financial underwriting of complex real estate transactions and an extensive network of tenant, consultant, government, owner and brokerage relationships. He is a licensed and active real estate broker in Colorado and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Tyler graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and earned a Master’s of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California, graduating at the top of his class. Tyler joined Evergreen in 2003.
