Above The Rest Inc. serves the greater Roseville, California area and beyond. Our goal is to provide our customers with astonishing service and the best investment in a commercial grade floor coating system. 

• Our ETS 180 is a complete floor coating system. It is a three component water based urethane that produces a high gloss finish in a single coat.
• Coated floors look great and retain their appearance for 4-5 years or more.
• Our ETS 180 coating can be used on numerous resilient and non-resilient floor surfaces, (e.g. VCT, Terazzo, Tile & Grout, Marble, Travertine, Quartz, Sheet Vinyl, Linoleum).
• ETS 180 floor coating DOES NOT require any waxing, burnishing or buffing. Saving companies thousands of dollars on out-dated floor practices such as stripping and waxing floors at least three times a year. (per recommendations for cleaning and maintenance by ISSA)
• ETS 180 is a ZERO VOC system that could increase LEED points due to its sustainable nature. Zero VOC's means there is absolutely NO YELLOWING. 
• The ETS 180 floor coating has anti-microbial qualities thus inhibiting the growth of various bacteria and mold, especially in grout. 
• ETS 180 floor coating will dramatically increase efficiency, thus reducing maintenance costs.
• ETS 180 requires only hot water and a microfiber pad for cleaning, thus greatly reducing cleaning chemical costs.
• ETS 180 is a highly chemical and abrasion resistant coating. It has NO SMELL upon application, and more importantly ETS 180 is environmentally friendly.
