If you are on our website, then you most likely don’t have enough living space in your current home and are looking to add some square footage or maybe you have a parent or in-law that you would like invite to live with you, but you don’t have the room.  Room additions provide that extra space for your growing family to create lifelong memories in.  There are several options to consider when adding an addition room or rooms to you home.  A detached granny flat or guest house is a version of a tiny home that keeps some distance and privacy between your new guests.  An attached mother in law suite can still maintain a degree of privacy, but allows you to easily keep an eye on your guests.  Second Story additions are usually not recommended for the elderly because of stairs, but are a great way to add a bonus game room or office to your home if you don’t have the space on your lot to add an additional room.
