As Chief Investment Officer, Adam’s primary role includes oversight of TDC’s acquisition investment strategy, capital allocation, managing existing equity partners, sourcing new acquisitions/capital partners, and overseeing investment performance of TDC’s existing portfolio throughout the US.  While at TDC, he has completed over $900 million in acquisitions and developed over 1,500 units.  Prior to joining TDC, Adam worked for a Houston based self-funded, multi-strategy real estate private equity firm.  Adam is a graduate of Trinity University.

Brian is responsible for generating all acquisitions and development business including capital structure, market focus and site selection. Prior to working for TDC, he worked at Wells Fargo and Internet Capital Group. Brian serves as the President of the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Student Housing Division as well as sitting on its Board of Directors. In addition, he is active in the Urban Land Institute’s Multifamily Silver Council and YPO.

Clay is responsible for the operational oversight of all multifamily properties for TDC. Prior to joining TDC, Clay was a Managing Director for Greystar where he helped direct the operations of over 40,000 units of real estate operations in the Central South Region. Clay is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for both the Texas Apartment Association and Houston Apartment Association, where he was named to the inaugural "Forty Under 40" class.

As CFO, David is responsible for accounting and reporting activities for all divisions at TDC.  During his career, David started in public accounting then spent a few years in Oil & Gas before converting to Real Estate where he has held executive and officer level positions in both accounting and operations.  He has a BBA and MBA from Texas A&M University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

John is a Partner as well as the TDC’s President. John’s primary responsibilities include all property dispositions and financing activities, as well as overseeing all company operations. In addition, John plays a prominent role in developing the Company’s strategic growth plans. John is a member of the National Multi Housing Council’s Board of Directors and the ULI University Development Student Housing Council where he serves as Vice Chair. Before joining TDC, John worked at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments in Dallas, Texas. John graduated from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.

McCall is TDC’s General Counsel. Prior to joining TDC, he practiced law at Vinson & Elkins, working on capitalization and “bet-the-company” M&A transactions valued well north of $50 billion. His practiced focused on the capital markets, public company mergers and acquisitions and private equity. McCall is a graduate of the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.

Ryan is a Partner and serves as President of TDC’s Investment Management platform.  In this role, Ryan oversees development of the platform’s strategy, execution of fund structuring, formation and operations, and management of fund investor relations.  Prior to joining TDC, Ryan was at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and then worked for many years as a Senior Managing Director in Hines’ investment management group. He attended Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Todd is responsible for TDC’s multifamily and student housing development activities throughout Texas and the East Coast. He holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business; a J.D. from South Texas College of Law; and a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University. He serves as a member of the Advisory Council of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, and is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

Jared is responsible for leading TDC’s efforts in design and construction management for our nationwide portfolio. Utilizing experience gained from overseeing the construction of over 21,000 apartment and condo units, 6,000 student housing beds and 1,000,000 sf of office and retail at TDC along with previous stops at Crescent Communities and Fortune Johnson General Contractors, he leads TDC’s teams and projects to be executed successfully. Jared is the immediate past-chairman of the NMHC Design & Construction Committee, and is a member of ABC and ULI.

Brad has been directly involved in the design and construction of over 9,500 multi-family units in multiple markets throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and the Southeastern United States. Brad’s primary responsibilities include overseeing TDC’s ground up development execution as well as managing the design efforts for the company’s student housing and market rate developments. Brad is a licensed contractor in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Arkansas, and Florida as well as a LEED AP with the US Green Building Council. A graduate of The University of Georgia, Brad began his career working in construction management with Atlanta based Perennial Properties. Brad is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston and currently holds a position on the Governing Board of Casa de Esperanza.

As Chief Accounting Officer, Maria is responsible for accounting and reporting activities for all divisions at TDC. Maria started her career in public accounting, then she worked in capital markets in New York and later transitioned to real estate. Maria has a B.S. in Accounting from Georgian Court University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Mike has over forty years of experience, including public accounting and corporate financial positions. 
Mike is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
