MW Builders served as the general contractor for a new Fairfield Inn located in Pecos, TX.
The 45,000 SF, 3-story hotel sits on a two-acre site and was built using wood frame construction. It includes 87 guest rooms with support functions and an outdoor pool.
Site improvements included the following:
