The MW Builders story began in 1932, when a craftsman named Claude Sanders founded a residential plumbing business in Kansas City, Missouri. In the decades that followed, Claude, his son, and three grandsons continued to grow the business into what is now a nationwide, multimillion-dollar construction services company.

Like Claude himself, the Sanders family believed in the power of entrepreneurial spirit. The family’s third generation seized the opportunity to move into general contracting and expanded that aspect of the business nationally.
