Scope Of Work
The Keller Town Center Hampton Inn & Suites project is on a 2.3-acre site with a 25,000-SF foot print. When completed, the hotel will be three stories and have 110 units with an integrated in-ground pool, fitness center, meeting room, and two, 3-stop elevators. The exterior will be comprised of thin brick, cast stone/limestone, and stucco.
The site is located directly across from the City of Keller Town Hall and surrounded by mixed-use and residential development.
