Scope Of Work
The Borger Elementary School project included pre-construction services and 122,000 sq ft of new construction for 2,070 students and faculty. The building features include: classrooms, administration offices, a cafeteria, gym, library, music room, computer room, lounge, resource rooms, science rooms, restrooms and 315 parking spaces. The Borger ISD Elementary school was one of the first LEED Certified Schools in the state of Texas, was selected as the winner of Texas Construction magazine's "Best of '08" in the K-12 category and was runner-up for Engineering News-Record's"National Best of the Best."
