Scope Of Work

Aztec served as the Prime Contractor on this school district project for The El Paso Independent School District for the consolidation of Bradley Elementary School and Fannin Elementary School to be rededicated as Dr. Joseph E. Torres Elementary School.

The consolidation consists of a total of 54,075 square feet. The scope of work includes but it is not limited to: demolition of existing facilities to include utility demolition, site demolition, site clearing and grubbing. Grading, excavation, lime soil stabilization, storm sewer, stormwater gravity piping, aggregate base courses, fog seal, paving, painting, riprap, landscaping, irrigation systems, planting, tree preservation and clearing, chain link fences and gates, decorative metal fences and gates, concrete, masonry, steel, steel erection, architectural wood casework, insulation, roofing, aluminum framed storefronts, door hardware & repair, wall coverings, suspended shaped acoustical ceiling, linear metal ceilings, sound absorbing wall units, flooring, tile carpeting, restrooms, cabinets, fire protection specialties, appliances, gymnasium equipment, playgrounds, furniture, windows, plumbing, HVAC, sanitary sewer and electrical.
