Company Background

Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC is a company dedicated to resolving situations and finding solutions. An old friend and mentor once passed on a message I have continued to carry with me when confronted with obstacles, as we all encounter and all projects are confronted with. He preferred to consider problems as situations, believing problems are not always solved but solutions can be found for situations.

Bill Deuschle, managing member and founder of Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC, as well as a Trustee for the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA) Remodelers Council, returned to his native state of New Mexico after 40 some years.

Bill operated a successful sub-contracting construction company in Colorado specializing in custom homes, commercial properties, restoration work and ultimately, energy related industrial projects. In the mid 80's Bill relocated to Connecticut where he continued to operate a sub-contracting business for several years and then spent twelve years working as a senior project manager for a large, well-known historic restoration firm dedicated to quality, attention to detail and meeting demanding schedules.

A number of projects Bill was responsible for in Connecticut were: The Mark Twain House, The Harriet Beecher Stowe House, several significant historical churches around the state, and a few large projects for the University of Connecticut.

Bill initially formed Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC as a company to distribute, apply and provide applicator certifications for Akrostucco, a synthetic Venetian plaster system imported from Italy. Following an extensive restoration, remodel and addition to an historic property here in Santa Fe, Bill was encouraged to continue on with construction, restoration and remodeling, as well as still being involved with Akrostucco.

Upon moving to Santa Fe in 2007 to join his long-time friend in business Charles Caswell, "Chuck", has become a managing member and partner in Fabu-WALL-ous Solutions, LLC.

Chuck started at a young age in construction in Colorado in an excavation company. From there he went on to develop skills in multiple facets of the construction industry including painting, drywall and plaster, carpentry, tile and several different faux finish systems. He has been in the construction industry for over thirty-two years and before joining Fabu-WALL-ous, served as a site supervisor for a large, well-known historic restoration contractor on the east coast. There he was responsible for all phases of numerous high level construction jobs. One of the more interesting projects he was directly responsible for completing was Gillette Castle State Park in East Haddam, Connecticut that entailed a major masonry restoration of a very uniquely constructed stone castle along the banks of the Connecticut River. Other projects he completed range from code updates to several schools and municipal buildings, as well as prestigious museums and historic barns.

Chuck feels fortunate to be able to work side by side with one of his oldest friends delivering quality service and expertise to the Santa Fe area.
