Scope Of Work

The Hotel Figueroa Renovation located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA is a historic renovation of a Type I masonry hotel project. The project totals 109,940 square feet throughout three structures each with 12 levels above grade and one level below grade. It includes 268 hotel keys including 63 suites. Amenities include a large lobby social area, an outdoor pool, five restaurants and bars, and in-room dining. The thriving arts, dining and business scene inspired the restoration, drawing inspiration from its original 1926 Spanish Colonial décor and its historical position as the center of Downtown LA’s vibrant cultural scene.
