AAA Action Painting

Bill Proctor began his painting business nearly forty years ago while working his way through college by painting houses.  After graduating from Boise State University, Bill expanded his business into one of the largest, most reputable and respected contractors in the Treasure Valley.

The Cheyenne Corporation has been doing business as AAA Action Painting since 1984, when it incorporated.  The company has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, is licensed by the State of Idaho and is an approved Public Works Contractor.  AAA Action Painting is also certified by the Environmental Protection Agency for lead paint remediation.

With approximately twenty employees and sales in excess of one million dollars annually, Bill Proctor oversees the operations from a managerial position.  He is the chief financial and chief executive officer of the company. His business experience coupled with an insistence on quality work and honesty has elevated his business to become the most recommended painting contractor in the Treasure Valley.

AAA Action Painting specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial painting – both interiors and exteriors.  Our painters are well trained and the best in the industry.  Our methods include a laborious back-brushing and back-rolling the first coat of paint followed by spraying a second coat.  This process outlasts and out-protects our competition’s one-coat, “spray and go” practices.

Bill Proctor is politically active and community minded.  AAA Action Painting typically donates several house paintings per year – the recipients benefiting through organizations such as Wish Grantors, Idaho Chooses Life, and local churches.  He also donates regularly to the Boise Rescue Mission, Paint the Town, the Vineyard Church and the Chinese Church.  He has participated in several political campaigns and served as spokesman and state director for the protection of traditional marriage in Idaho.  He travels world-wide in the fight against human trafficking.  Bill is married and has a teenage son.  He resides in Boise.
