Our Story

AOC Company Background Information

Alpha-Omega Communications, LLC (AOC) was founded in 2001 as a wireless communications consultant, value-added reseller (VAR) and integrator.  In 2009, AOC expanded into general and specialty construction services.  Today, AOC provides services in all aspects of communications including equipment, systems, engineering, and integration. In addition, Alpha-Omega turnkey  tower services to both private and public sector clients. From facility site acquisition and development to general and specialty construction including  technical network consulting and project management.

Communications Division

As an integrator and value-added reseller (VAR), AOC provides “end-to-end" wireless products and integration including support services that allow for dependable, cost-effective, high-performance communications solutions for data, voice, and video applications.  Our team designs, installs and maintains custom wireless WAN & LAN solutions, point-to-point microwave links, point-to-multi point microwave systems, in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) and in-building bi-directional amplifier (BDA) systems.

Alpha-Omega and its team members have certifications and extensive hands-on experience in designing, engineering, deploying and maintaining wireless network equipment and systems from major manufacturers.

Alpha-Omega’s Communications Division’s customers include developers, prime contractors, various federal, state, county and municipal government entities, utilities, cellular communications & telecom carriers, co-location tower operators, hospitals, education institutions, commercial hospitality properties, television & radio stations, various enterprise organizations and communications equipment manufacturers.

Construction Division

Alpha-Omega’s Construction Division focuses on site development, underground utility, site concrete and specialty concrete structures. We have extensive experience working in high-security facilities, sensitive aquatic environments as well as various other commercial, industrial and government facilities. We have long-standing relationships with several architecture and engineering firms to provide design-build services for our clients.  Specific capabilities and scope of services include the following:
