She’s also a design-genius with an impeccable architectural knack for design perfection.

Maria is equipped with a strong and successful background collaborating with various investors working with the governments of Coquimbo, Chile, San Juan, and Argentina. Working closely with various governments and investors has given her an international advantage over her peers.

Irfan Abji is Principal for both Oakdale Group and E Contractors, as well as President / Chief Executive Officer of Egrets Group (EG).

Mr. Abji is a well renowned financial consultant, skilled in international business and government negotiations, a gateway leading to his stellar management of numerous banking firms focused on international infrastructure. He is an asset to entrepreneurs, often serving as an adviser with tangible and reputable international and local financing experience.

As Senior Estimator, Scott leads a team of estimators who are responsible to comprehend, quantify, and price every component of a project including civil, structural, architectural and MEP systems. Scott works closely with subcontractors, architects, and owners to process and distribute information through the bidding process and supports all Project Managers with change order pricing and procurement. He has vast experience in Job Order Contracting (JOC) estimating and is well versed in the Job Order Contracting (JOC) procurement methodology.

Chris is a talented manager of complex projects, schedules, and budgets who demonstrates outstanding leadership attributes.  Chris has been in the commercial, healthcare, Institutional construction industry for over 28 years with an emphasis in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation controls on Job Order Contracting (JOC), Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) and Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) Construction Delivery Methods.  

Chris has vast experience providing construction services in a demanding environment. He brings experience and knowledge as both a contractor and an owner representative that has proven to be beneficial to the success of a project and to our clients. 

Ed is a seasoned Project Manager with over 35 years of commercial construction experience which includes extensive Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects. Rapid delivery on multiple simultaneous projects, especially for municipal clients, is a knack that very few possess. Ed is one of those few who has a proven record of being able to stay on target on all completion timelines and budgets while seeing multiple projects to fruition.

As a Senior Project Manager, Joseph Roemen manages, directs, and oversees the construction project from start to finish. He is involved in every aspect of the construction process including, scheduling, quality control, construction management, and most importantly project-site safety.

Joseph’s diverse experience enables him to collaborate with all team members. He ensures projects exceed the expectations of his clients, while also remaining timely and safe.

Kyle is a highly accomplished leader, manager and project planner. An innate problem solver with exceptional time management, technical skills, and creativity necessary to lead complex projects with sizable budgets.

He has a wealth of knowledge in the municipal, healthcare, higher education and civil construction arenas, and multiple delivery types. Kyle manages and oversees construction projects, providing leadership, safety-conscience communication to his team, and on-time cost-effective results.

Michael is a results oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 18 years’ expertise in all facets of construction. He has a record of successful completion of multi-million-dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with all stakeholders while maintaining cost and schedule. Michael is well versed in contract negotiation, project estimating, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing and site management through certification of occupancy.

Dora oversees E Contractors accounting department. She has over 30 years of accounting and operations management experience with a history of achievement and outstanding work ethic. Her experience spans various industries including municipal operations where she acted as County Treasurer. Dora has been a proven record of accomplishment in construction budget management with an emphasis of ensuring proper cost allocation and maintaining financial transparency.  

Michael manages, directs, and oversees all field operations including quality control and safety. His involvement in the field construction lifecycle includes scheduling and field personnel management. Michael brings more than 40 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry. While working closely in coordinating site logistics and field work needs, Michael ensures specific site safety plans are created and adhered to.
