Scope Of Work
The 13.8M project included full gut and full build-out of nine (9) elementary and one (1) middle school in the Fort Bend Independent School District. Colony Bend Elementary finished in September 2020, ahead of the scheduled completion date of January 2021, on budget despite the challenges the COVID-19 pandemic brought to the job site.
The scope of work entailed a full concrete demo, ground-up construction; run new plumbing, below-grade plumbing, and cement work; painting, new ceiling, HVAC, and floors; install all millwork, electrical, and plumbing.
