Evelyn Petersen's Bio
Evelyn Petersen, CEO
In 1987, Evelyn and her husband, Vic established VIP Construction Inc. and licensed as a commercial and residential contractor. As the Vice President, Evelyn managed land acquisition, product development, and sales through 1995, when she took the reigns as CEO. As CEO Evelyn is the leader providing business acumen and the moral compass that drives every decision made here at VIP. She values family, her employees, and customers above all else, while insisting on fiscal solvency and quality through win-win agreements on their projects.
Victor Petersen's Bio
Vic founded VIP in 1987 based on core values of integrity, teamwork and commitment. Today the company continues to uphold its founder’s vision delivering important resources such as schools, workplaces, and communities to Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada residents. Vic is also a licensed pilot and is able to provide another layer of personal support to our clients outside Arizona on a weekly basis. Vic and his long-time business partner, and wife, Evelyn are thrilled to watch VIP’s continued growth.

Growing up in Chicago construction industry, he began swinging a hammer with his Dad at age 3. His early success led him down a 30-year path that has afforded him experience in all areas of construction. Beginning as a union framer he worked his way up to the roles of superintendent, estimator, project manager, owner and now to driving the commercial division at VIP. He exudes leadership and ensures the project is done right. Never sacrificing quality for quantity, Kevin keeps an aggressive schedule and the lines of communication open. His goal is for every client to be beyond satisfied when the project is completed.

Chuck Nystuen's Bio
Chuck has been involved in the construction industry for 15 years. Starting out as office support he quickly worked his way into Project Management where he successfully completed several projects in the medical and hospitality industry. Chuck’s communication skills, work ethic and upbeat attitude allows him to be effective in many areas of construction. More recently, he has combined his knowledge of construction with his passion for working directly with people into a Business Development role.
