Kerry Condon started Vintage Homes, Inc. in 1996 on the premise that “home building can be enjoyable.” This continues to be the driving force behind his work today. He believes that building a home should be an uplifting experience and to build a custom home offers his clients the opportunity to create their own unique statement.
Home building has been a part of Kerry’s life since his high-school years. He worked for his father, Mike, an area builder for over 40 years. Kerry received his degree in Applied Science in Construction Technology from Kirkwood Community College in 1992. Prior to starting Vintage Homes, Inc., he worked in the field as a carpenter for seven years.
Vintage Homes, Inc. has constructed over 180 new homes in the Quad Cities area, priced from $115,000 to over $650,000. Many of his clients have been referred by previous customers who were pleased with his work. Each Vintage Homes, Inc. home receives the same attention to detail and Kerry’s active involvement in the process. Kerry’s goal is to make sure the client is satisfied with the experience from beginning to end. The ultimate compliment he can receive is to have a client return to Vintage Homes, Inc. for the construction of their next home.
Kerry’s philosophy encourages communication throughout the process. He helps guide his clients through the building process from lot selection to blue prints to design to pricing and product selection.
