Scope Of Work
ARGO Systems services consists of Extended Construction Management Support to the East Campus Area Office (ECAO), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Meade MD with the design and/or construction of industrial office complex buildings located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The ARGO Construction Management Team performs The Construction Management Support Contractor (CMSC), as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the Government, has provided personnel resources who provide construction management support for the Construction Division of the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers, and complete tasks and provide deliverables as outlined in the performance work statement (PWS). This Construction Management Support provides Construction Management including all Definable Features of Work for complex, highly secure Government Facilities with significant expertise in on Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Architectural, Construction Contract Administration and scheduling aspects of the East Campus Program. ARGO provides qualified personnel consisting of Subject Matter Engineers, Quality Assurance Representatives, Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and/or Project Managers to the East Campus Area Office, Fort Meade, MD.
