Bob Fate Builder’s management philosophy is based on knowledge, honesty and responsibility. Bob Fate Builder, Inc. maintains an environment and structure that encourages productivity and respect for customers and fellow employees.

HISTORY
Bob Fate is a lifelong resident of Petoskey and has been building and remodeling homes most of his life. He first learned the carpentry trade while participating in a Certified Carpenters Apprenticeship Program. He has gained 38 years of experience by working in a variety of construction settings which include; remodeling, log home construction and custom home building. He has worked for area constructions companies such as Town & Country Cedar Homes and Birchwood Construction Company.

Bob with the help of his family and dedicated employees has owned and operated Bob Fate Builder, Inc. for over
18 years.

In 2006, Jason Fate, Bob’s eldest son, joined Bob Fate Builder, Inc. as a Civil Engineer and Foreman. With the addition of Jason and his skills, Bob Fate Builder offs a multitude of additional services to our clients. Other members of Bob’s family have added their skills to enhance the company at various times throughout the years.

Bob Fate Builder, Inc. is family owned and operated. Bob Fate is proud to pass on his building skills, attention to details and many other quality traits to his sons, so the excellence, creativity and quality in construction can be passed on from generation to generation.

Bob Fate Builder, Inc. is committed to professional development and has attended specialized training to include:
ARXX – Insulated Concrete Form Construction, Certified Aging in Place, Green Build and Design Build.
