With over 30 years of experience in site engineering, land planning
and project management, Peter serves as President of BME Associates.
Peter and his team of engineers, planners and designers have the
ability to take a plan from conceptual layout through all necessary
design and approval stages and into construction.

His project management experience includes a wide variety of
projects, both in scale and scope including residential subdivisions,
commercial developments, university buildings and student housing,
institutional projects, environmental permitting and design-build.
Peter has extensive experience in multiple areas of site engineering
including regulatory approvals, public presentations and environmental
regulations. His management skills allow him to work with clients to
achieve their development goals, to provide designs that obtain
municipal approvals, and to meet project budgets and schedules.
Peter is a recognized expert in conservation subdivision design,
incentive zoning, SEQRA, and the NYSDEC stormwater regulations. He is
a sought after speaker and has given presentations on these subjects
to a variety of groups throughout New York State including the NY
Planning Federation, NY Association of Towns, Genesee Finger Lakes
Planning Council, Monroe County Department of Planning, Tug Hill
Commission, and the NYS Home Builders’ Association. He has also been a
guest lecturer in Civil Engineering at Rochester Institute of
Technology, Monroe Community College and Jefferson Community College.
