Linc has more than 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential site design and land development, with extensive experience in transportation, utilities, site engineering, hydrologic design, and complete infrastructure design.

As a project engineer, Linc’s in-depth knowledge and experience with the EPA/NYSDEC stormwater regulations, site design, and development regulations have contributed to managing the design and approval process for many successful projects.  His experience is a result of both his extensive technical background and comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory aspects of land development.

Linc also routinely makes public presentations to represent the applicant and project before municipal boards and review/permitting agencies.

With over 30 years of experience in site engineering, land planning and project management, Peter serves as President of BME Associates. Peter and his team of engineers, planners and designers have the ability to take a plan from conceptual layout through all necessary design and approval stages and into construction.

His project management experience includes a wide variety of projects, both in scale and scope including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, university buildings and student housing, institutional projects, environmental permitting and design-build.

Peter has extensive experience in multiple areas of site engineering including regulatory approvals, public presentations and environmental regulations. His management skills allow him to work with clients to achieve their development goals, to provide designs that obtain municipal approvals, and to meet project budgets and schedules.

Peter is a recognized expert in conservation subdivision design, incentive zoning, SEQRA, and the NYSDEC stormwater regulations. He is a sought after speaker and has given presentations on these subjects to a variety of groups throughout New York State including the NY Planning Federation, NY Association of Towns, Genesee Finger Lakes Planning Council, Monroe County Department of Planning, Tug Hill Commission, and the NYS Home Builders’ Association. He has also been a guest lecturer in Civil Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, Monroe Community College and Jefferson Community College.

Ryan Destro has over 15 years of site engineering experience at BME Associates working on numerous commercial, residential, industrial and recreational projects. Ryan has experience with the NYSDEC stormwater management design guidelines, utility design, land grading, and erosion and sediment control design.

Ryan’s experience with the site/land planning, design and approval process allows him to take a project from start to completion and meet the client’s goals for each project. He also has in-depth knowledge of the NYSDEC permitting process for Water Withdrawal Permits and the MS4 Annual Report.

Ryan is proficient in the current AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

Kyra joined the BME team in the fall of 2020 as the Accounting Manager and brought over 17 years of financial experience from both the private and public sectors of the industry. Along her accounting journey, she also serves as BME’s Human Resources Manager.  In her dual role at BME, Kyra manages cash, as well as, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, year-end work with our outside CPA firm, and everything in between.

As Manager of Human Resources, she works to assist in recruiting top talent, organizes ongoing management training, and collaborates with supervisors to facilitate employee engagement, personal growth, and professional career advancement.
