Wytex BTS, a privately owned full-service real estate development firm based in Texas, has over 15 years of combined experience acquiring, developing and operating commercial properties.  Owner Brad Neff began developing commercial real estate with a primary focus on built to suit facilities for industrial and retail clients across the US.  Wytex BTS has since developed more than $36 million in commercial buildings.  Today, Wytex BTS has evolved into a family of businesses engaged in the investment, development and custom construction of commercial projects.
