He has 24 years of experience in managing projects for hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, education, residential, and retail. He provides direct management oversight for the project team. His involvement provides continuity from preconstruction through construction. Being the day-to-day contact with the owner’s team is one of his key responsibilities. His active role in collaborating with his team ensures client satisfaction. His extensive experience enables him to successfully maintain a high level of personal commitment to excellence.
With 19 years of construction experience, Justin serves as Chief Estimator responsible for budgeting PeakCM’s construction projects. His involvement begins with a project’s planning phase and continues through purchasing of subcontracts. Justin will provide leading-edge concepts, best management practices and estimating services during the preconstruction process to help the team make informed decisions. Through his extensive experience, he will assist with cost estimating, value engineering, and will work closely with the team to develop the bid packages and determine best value.
Doug is a strong advocate of teamwork and accountability proving to be an asset to any project team. He is responsible for subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change management, and project closeout. He works closely with the estimator and project manager from beginning to end of a project, assisting with bid packages, permitting, buyout, cost tracking and projection, scheduling, and document control. Doug ensures all facets of a project are tracked, documented, and clearly communicated to the client for a successful project.
As Director of Business Development, Jason leads all business development efforts for the Florida and Vermont offices. With over two decades of providing professional sales support services, Jason has built a history of drastically improving sales and securing new work for companies with a focus on providing them with a strategic edge. Jason is skilled at spearheading new marketing initiatives; driving sales and increasing market share; business planning and strategic plan development. He has a high degree of expertise in proposal development, creating dynamic presentations, and landing large contracts to service both public and private clients.
Scott has 31 years in the construction industry. He will be located onsite during the construction phase and is responsible for all onsite construction activities. He will supervise, sequence, coordinate and monitor all field work to assure that it is completed to the highest quality standards. Scott will manage day-to-day field operations. He will play an integral role in preconstruction, providing input and direction in the constructability reviews, logistics and safety planning. Scott will ensure the jobsite is safe, clean and secure.
