Scope Of Work
This new Hampton Inn Hotel is located on Lake Street in the St. Albans Town Center. The hotel is a $8 million, 5-story, 84 room, 50,000-SF facility with select serve food options. The hotel includes services such as meeting rooms, laundry, indoor swimming pool, exercise facility and breakfast area. The hotel provides easy access to local businesses, events, and St. Albans Bay on Lake Champlain, as well as convenient parking in a newly constructed garage within a growing Vermont community.
