Brian Hill's Bio
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 1990. He started working in the family business as a Project Manager in 1992 and became President of Hill & Cox Corporation in 2003. Since then he has increased annual gross sales from $10 million to $30 Million in six years. He believes that communication is the key to building successful relationships and successful projects. As Hill & Cox’s leader, Brian’s goal is to have the company recognized by clients as delivering the highest standards of service in the industry. In addition, he works to make the whole experience of employees, subcontractors, suppliers and clients a positive one. He believes in a personnel “hands-on”
Robbie Cox's Bio
Robbie received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Managementfrom the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. After graduation, he began working at Hill & Cox Corporation as a Project Manager and became Vice President in 2003. Before that time, Robbie worked in the field as a carpenter performing concrete and framing. This time in the field has enabled him to understand the complexities of projects from construction drawings to in-the-field realities. Since Robbie became Vice President, he has worked with numerous clients in adapting a variety of construction methods to create projects that are representative of the quality and value upon which Hill & Cox Corporation has built its reputation. He continues to improve the construction practices that give Hill & Cox a competitive advantage in the construction industry.

Tim Wilson's Bio
After attending the University of Arkansas, Tim’s career path focused on business management and business ownership. In 2005, Tim joined the Hill & Cox team as a Project Manager to oversee PreEngineered Buildings, Client Services, Industrial Work and Marketing.
Tim works with the Pre-Engineered team to oversee the design and construction phases of the project. Tim works with clients to meet their needs before, during and long after the construction project is complete. He develops a client work plan and manages the project to complete on-time and in-budget. From changing a door to large remodels, Hill & Cox Client Services is there for the client. Over the years Tim has completed projects for the following industrial clients: Halliburton Corporation, Stratcor, Triumph Airborne Corporation, General Cable Corporation, Xerox and Rexam. These projects vary in complexity from minor modification of systems to implementation of entire product lines.
Giving back to the community is important to Tim. He enjoys coaching youth sports and being a board member of the Hot Springs Boys & Girls Club. Tim is a member of the Hot Springs Fifty for the Future and enjoys working with area businesses in making Hot Springs a successful community. He is a member of First United Methodist Church where he facilitates an adult
