When we needed to find a good company to retrofit a large number of turbine vents on an existing Duro Last roof and repair/replace ducting in confined spaces, we asked several key contacts for names, and only one name kept coming up, Professional Quality Roofing. We talked with others as well but decided to go with PQR because of the strong recommendations, their knowledgeable approach to our issues, and reasonable pricing. Based on their excellent performance on that job, they were our first call on another flat roof job in the area. That roof had a competitors membrane roofing system and had failed prematurely, allowing standing water to seep into the sheathing below, requiring nearly full sheathing replacement. This was an existing apartment complex with several large flat roofs, and PQR did a superb job of managing the added difficulty of dealing with very limited staging space and minimizing the disturbance to residential tenants as well. We are a huge believer in proper, detailed planning for jobs, and so is Fidel from PQR. From working out the construction details to structuring completion schedules and even project budgeting, they are a very good partner on projects, and will always be our first call for work that falls within the scope of their expertise.
