Micheal Williams's Bio
Micheal founded 3i in 2001 as a one-man operation, specializing in drywall and small general contracting services. His first project was a $60,000 tenant improvement contract with a local office building. 3i's list of clients today includes such companies as Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston Independent School Districts, DFW Airport, Dallas College District, Texas Department of Transportation, and Harris County.

?Providing on-time and on-budget service is Micheal's philosophy. His personal commitment to the company philosophy has firmly established 3i's reputation for high standards and led to its expansion into the education, retail, commercial, civil, religious, and healthcare sectors. Micheal's commitment to integrity, innovation, and information is the reason why 3i was chosen as the winner of several Minority “Best” Business Awards. He was also named one of Dallas’ Top Business Leaders by the Dallas Business Journal.

?Micheal is a former Chairman of the Dallas Chapter of NBA Retired Players Association, Baylor University Letterman’s and Business School Advisory Boards, Regional Black Contractors Association Board to name a few. He established the Mike Williams Assist 4 Life Foundation that focuses on inner-city youth in education and exposes them to things outside of their communities. Michael has also been appointed by Governor Abbott to serve on the Texas Real Estate Commission and Baylor University recently honored him by inducting him into their Hall of Fame.

?Prior to founding 3i, Micheal played 11 Years in the NBA and won a Championship with the 1989 Detroit Pistons “Bad Boys”. He also holds the NBA Record for most consecutive Free-Throws of “97”. While playing in the NBA, Micheal worked for construction firms to prepare for his future in the construction industry.

Ken Brown's Bio
Mr. Brown has been in the construction business for over 35 years. His professional experience includes positions as a Project Manager, Job Site Manager, Estimating Manager, Construction Manager and Construction Superintendent. He has worked on commercial projects as a superintendent overseeing all aspects of the construction process including SWPPP programs, implementing RFI’s, safety programs, production meetings and client relations. He has also worked on civic and residential projects and his experience covers all phases of the construction business and process. He is well versed in Microsoft Office products and utilizes this expertise in scheduling and performing site production and implementation of the construction processes with subcontractors. Ken is a large part of the success of 3i and a welcome member of our team.
Operations
Ismael Carrasquillo's Bio
As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Carrasquillo is responsible for the administrative and technical management of multiple construction projects. In this position, he also trains, supervises, and oversees Project Manager(s) and Project Engineers on their respective projects. He reports to and works closely with the VP of Operations and the Senior Director of Construction on not only the projects that he is directly responsible for, but all 3i projects, reports, and client relations.
Ismael serves as the point person for projects and steers projects forward. He works with the entire project team and keeps the team motivated and on pace. Training, developing staff that reports directly to him by utilizing on-the-job and internal and external training or development opportunities and safety training and oversight are key areas of responsibility as well. He also develops and maintains relationships with counterparts at owner and design firms.
Mr. Carrasquillo is dedicated and works tirelessly to ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. His responsibilities include contract administration, change orders, submittals, and procurement as well as facilitating project meetings and all related tasks.

Prior to joining 3i, Ismael had an extensive and diverse career. He brings his Engineering expertise and professionalism to every job and is well respected by the 3i staff as well as owners and owners’ representatives. His experience ranges from commercial projects to infrastructure projects including heavy civil construction, transportation, water, and wastewater systems. His addition to our team was timely and his experience and dedication are welcomed by the 3i team.
Ismael is OSHA 30 certified and is certified as a Texas Traffic Control Supervisor and a Texas Traffic Control Technician. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Keith Malone's Bio
As Senior Project Executive, Mr. Malone is responsible for the administrative and technical management of construction projects. He is the point person for each assignment and steers the project forward. Keith supervises all activities related to contract administration. In addition, he develops and maintains positive working relationships with clientele, owner representatives and consultants on projects. He is very involved with business development, client relationships, client retention and referrals.
He brings over 30 years of experience on a wide range of design and construction projects including educational, office, transportation and aviation. Keith brings to each project an unparalleled record of accountability-based leadership, as he is able to coordinate and direct multiple project-based efforts while motivating and leading project teams.
Keith’s extensive background in the industry and his customer development and relationship skills are of great benefit to 3i Contracting and he is an important part of our team.

Ron HIll's Bio
Ron Hill is Vice President of Operations for 3i. Ron is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all 3i projects including purchasing, profit and loss management, client and vendor relations, scheduling, process and procedural guidelines and safety management as well as employee development, training and retention. He is intimately involved in all projects and visits each job site at least once a month to ensure the quality and speed of construction. He also monitors and reviews costs throughout the duration of the project.

With more than 20 years of construction industry experience, Ron perfectly completes the 3i’s executive team. While he has in-depth management experience with the education sector, he also has an extensive background in other construction areas, including commercial, healthcare, resorts and HUD projects.

?Prior to becoming VP of Operations, Ron began his career at 3i as
one the company’s project engineers, moving to a lead project manager
and later managing his own division. While working in those early
positions with 3i, he gained the hands-on experience that is critical
to understanding the importance of thoroughness and constant
communication throughout each step of the construction process.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ron was on SMU’s
varsity football team, voted team’s most valuable player, a four year
letterman and the sole recipient of the Tom McCann Award in Sam
Houston’s high school’s history.

Susan Falvo's Bio
As VP of Business Strategy, Ms. Falvo is a part of the Senior Management Team at 3i Contracting and reports directly to the President/CEO. Key responsibilities and roles include planning and implementation of policies and procedures; customer focus, relations, and retention; supervision of the administration department/staff; customer service; coordination of policies, people, and resources; and hiring, training, and staff evaluation.
Susan works with company leadership to establish effective goals and policies that benefit the organization and increase revenue. She also works with others in the company to outline procedures that will meet 3i’s growth and achieve our long-term objectives. Susan works closely with the leadership team, and with business development to build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking measures for future opportunities. Her position has a wide range of responsibilities including oversight and cooperation/working hand in hand with other departments and leaders in the company so that the company achieves growth, success, and ensures profitability.
In addition to the business and strategies responsibilities,
Susan oversees, tracks, and works diligently to strengthen 3i’s MWBE
and HUB contacts and relationships. In this role, she oversees our
Subs n Grub events and works closely with Estimating and
Administrative staff to develop, implement, and track these events.
The purpose of Subs n Grub and other similar events is to develop
relationships and assist minority businesses, utilize them on 3i
contracts and assist them with securing business, securing
certifications, administrative assistance and growing their business.
Ms. Falvo oversees the HUB coordination program at 3i and collaborates
with organizations, the community, and the media. Media campaigns and
opportunities, community and communication plans, and all related
efforts are all a part of her responsibilities.
Susan has a diverse background in senior management positions in a
number of industries including institutional, government, hospitality,
finance, and real estate. Prior to joining the 3i team, she managed
communications and development strategies for an area non-profit and
also was the Chief of Staff for a large governmental agency. Ms. Falvo
is well versed in diversity and inclusion and is also very involved in
the community, serving in leadership roles on several boards and with
numerous organizations. She is a past president of the Dallas Theater
Center Guild, current co-chair of the Dallas Theater Center
Guild
president’s council; Vice-Chair for the White Rock Lake
Task Force and chair of the Task Force Dredging Committee; Board
Member and Fundraising Chair for the White Rock Lake Foundation;
Advisory Council Member of the Greater East Dallas Chamber of

Terrance Gibson's Bio
Terrance “TJ” Gibson is the VP of Finance for 3i Contracting, LLC. He reports directly to the President/CEO of 3i and is a key member of the 3i Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities and roles for this position include oversight and management of all facets of financial management and accounting for 3i Contracting and all other companies and organizations associated, owned, managed or partnered with 3i.
TJ is responsible for controlling costs, managing risks, financial reporting, related programs, and accounting measures and is the financial spokesperson for the company. As VP of Finance, his role will grow with the growth of the company, and he has demonstrated decisively that he accepts his expanding role and his responsibilities within the organization. His background in the construction industry is impressive, diverse and has proven to be an excellent fit with 3i. Prior to joining 3i he held a Senior Management Position with a large real estate/development company, was the head of finance for an independent development company and worked for many years in the construction business in a variety of roles.

In this position, Mr. Gibson has a wide range of financial authority. He is primarily responsible for financial planning and all accounting and finance responsibilities. TJ works closely with the CEO to oversee and maintain financial performance and achieve the company’s long-term goals and strategies.
In addition, he oversees and works closely with outside accountants and with the audit firm to ensure reports are filed in a timely manner. He also works with Business and Administrative staff on hiring, payroll, and benefits. His position has multiple responsibilities and works with all departments on financial and accounting matters as well as staffing and other related fields. He is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team at 3i and has proven repeatedly that he is capable and has a strong desire to see that 3i is successful now and in the future.
