Scope Of Work
F&L has performed the site demolition and mass excavation for the new construction of Dunbar High School. The project is a Platinum LEED certification, and F&L Construction, Inc., has furnished the required experienced personnel and in-house procedures relative to the submission of information to substantially fulfill all obligations of the Green Council's requirements for recycling concrete for re-use onsite, salvaging existing amenities for reuse at other projects within the District of Columbia. the project was over-excavated due to poor existing soil conditions; however, it was re-graded with controlled structural fill to accommodate new building grades and a new athletic field.
