Andy Mosser's Bio
Andy Mosser began his career with Melloul-Blamey Construction in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1991 as an Assistant Superintendent and Carpenter. Through his continued education and experience, track record of excellent construction and project management, Andy quickly became an integral part of the Melloul-Blamey family. In June 2003, Andy relocated to Melloul-Blamey USA to lead the executive team as Vice-President of Construction. Recently he has taken on the role of President. He brings a wealth of both education and experience to the Melloul-Blamey Family.
While working on a degree in Geography at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Andy discovered his true passion in construction. He earned a Degree in Construction Supervision from Conestoga College, three subsequent Certifications for Carpentry, Site Supervision, and Core Safety Training, as well as being the licensed qualifier for Structural Steel, Concrete and General Contracting.
An authority in interpreting, planning, and implementing the many details between clients, architects, and sub trades, Andy is the "go-to guy" for all categories of projects. Skilled in coordinating logistics, inventory control, and vendor relations, as well as local and national contract negotiations, value engineering, and cost reductions, Andy is able to manage and construct multiple projects simultaneously. Andy has also established an extensive background in hiring, training, and supervising staff at all levels, encouraging new ideas and creating a team atmosphere as the company continues is growth in the USA. While his ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly leads to skilled conflict resolution when it arises, Andy is determined to succeed.
Andy and his wife, Michelle, are actively raising three children, and can be found at sporting events for their youngest, or visiting their older children at Fort Bragg and the University of South Carolina. The lakes and streams in Southern Ontario still beckon his family in the spring time, but their busy lives in Greenville make those trips few and far between.

Bernard J. J. Melloul's Bio
As founding President of Melloul-Blamey, Bernie Melloul has built a company with a 'Stirling' reputation. His vast experience has seen the construction of schools, hospitals, nursing homes, arenas and industrial facilities all over Ontario, Canada.
Bernie and David Blamey initially started out as a two-man shop, finding and completing multiple projects, while astutely growing a humble business into a major force in the construction industry.
Bernie adopts a management style that attracts quality, loyal employees - true experts in their respective disciplines - who find longstanding homes. Many Melloul-Blamey employees are in their second decade with the company, which is a tremendous accomplishment for an industry rife with high employee turn-over rates and regularly in dire need of qualified, competent labourers and trades people.
Bernie has been recognized with many industry and community awards, primarily for his encouragement of expanding education within the industry. He has a strong safety record and a passionate commitment for the orderly transition of a 10-year succession plan, thereby ensuring the company's strength for many more years.

Jeff Heimpel's Bio
An education in Construction Engineering Technology has led Jeff to many positions within this demanding industry. Part of the Melloul-Blamey team since 1993, Jeff has a strong working knowledge of development and has held many roles within the firm.
His soft-spoken manner, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and tremendous listening skills make him a natural at business development. These attributes set the wheels in motion for each project with incredible efficiency - and subsequently often result in substantial savings for clients/owners.
Jeff's easy rapport and professionalism have earned him great respect and many friends with cross-generational ease. He is also very well-known in his community as an active player in Rotary, tourism promotion, Chamber of Commerce efforts, and economic development through Canada's Technology Triangle. His many associations have allowed Jeff to assist clients with financing options, delivery methods, and connections to the real estate community, maximizing proper return on investment. His assistance has enabled many owners to develop their own pre-construction budgets and preliminary designs.

Joel M. Melloul's Bio
Being part of the founding family, Joel has been involved with the many facets of the construction industry for most of his life. From summer employment, to university co-op terms, to junior roles, to estimating, to leadership, Joel has gained a significant breadth of experience in both the field and the office.
His engineering degree provided him with the discipline and problem solving skills needed to help advance and grow the corporation beyond its original business model. With Joel's caring and continuous eye for betterment and through his close monitoring of results, the founding fathers are confident that with his stewardship the second generation will continue to serve and prosper by upholding the established original values of honesty, integrity and pride of workmanship.

Matthew Bello's Bio
Matthew Bello earned his degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University in 2011, and joined Melloul-Blamey Construction in 2012. Matt started with the company as a Project Coordinator, working hand-in-hand with the Project Management team. With his determination and dedication to continued career development, he earned the position as Head Estimator in 2014. Matt is an accomplished problem-solver with attention to detail. With a focused and organized method to project estimations, pre-construction planning and scope communications, he has proven to be a valuable asset to Melloul-Blamey's Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Owners.
Outside of his busy work schedule Matt and his wife, Larkin, stay active by participating in the Greenville Sports League and enjoy hiking and being outdoors with their three dogs. When time allows, Matt also spend his free time on the golf course.

Steve Hanley's Bio
Like his partners, Steve has deep roots in the community and the construction industry. Since joining Melloul-Blamey in 1994, Steve has been personally responsible for over $1 billion in Construction and Development.
In addition to being a Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, Steve holds a Construction Engineering diploma and was a multiple award-winner, including the highest academic honours award in his graduating year.
His 32 years in construction is utilized while overseeing the entire construction, legal and safety departments. This attention to detail isn't lost in his personal life, as he continues to volunteer and serve his community and other organizations being involved on many Boards, Associations, and Program Advisory Committees.

Brandon Jones's Bio
Brandon Jones joined the Melloul-Blamey Construction team after graduating from the Clemson University Construction Science and Management program in 2015. A recent graduate, Brandon provides Melloul-Blamey with a fresh perspective on the science of construction management. Brandon's eagerness to learn and achieve has awarded him with the responsibility of Health and Safety Officer, and his education has successfully prepared him to work with our Project Managers in coordinating the complexities of project delivery.
On weekends in the fall you are likely to find Brandon at football games at Clemson University. During the spring and summer months, Brandon enjoys attending Clemson baseball games and spending time in the mountains where he enjoys fishing, hiking, and camping with family and friends.

Paul Brubacher's Bio
With a commitment to the Melloul-Blamey Construction team for over 30 years now, Paul Brubacher has established himself as a key member of the Greenville, SC branch.
Paul earned a degree in Construction Engineering from Conestoga College, Ontario as well as a degree in General Carpentry from Mohawk College, Ontario. With a certification in construction supervision, Paul is the General Superintendent, who watches over all jobs. Paul is very easy going but meticulous and devoted to his work. He provides excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills. He works effectively with engineers, inspectors, other subcontractors and clients. His expert knowledge in construction provides Paul with the qualifications to review and evaluate bid documents, estimate costs, chart projections, write and negotiate contracts and lead cross-functional project teams. He has a strong background in the supervision of large, complex projects in both the United States and Canada making him an essential team leader.
