Wellen Construction is a privately held, family owned firm dedicated to the highest standards of business ethics and craftsmanship. Founder Rob Wellen established the company in Massachusetts in the early 1980s and soon asked his cousin Charlie Gadbois to join the firm. Always faithful to their founding values of quality, integrity and community, Charlie has led the evolution of Wellen into a premier partner for executive class construction.

With Charlie at the helm, the talented team at Wellen Construction builds spectacular homes for people we consider to be our extended family of customers.
