With a career spanning over 32 years, Michael Bacchetta, Co-Founder and Principal at BACCBuilders, is an expert in commercial, hotel, condominium and mixed-use development projects.
Mr. Bacchetta co-founded BACCBuilders in 1984 with the main focus of addressing the needs of upscale property developers. Prior to forming the company, he worked as a project manager for several construction companies. In that capacity, he performed quality control management, building extensions to supermarkets, converting food stores into mixed-use commercial centers, supervising hotel renovations and various retail projects. When working on the Bay Street landing on Staten Island, Michael caught the attention of Mr. Christopher Jefferies. Their ensuing collaboration extended to the hugely successful completion of 107th Street and 5th Avenue, soon after which Mr. Jefferies went on to form Millennium Partners. BACC Builders’ inception was warmly received by Millennium; the two companies joined forces once more to develop the Upper East Side Lincoln Center mixed-use properties.
With Mr. Bacchetta at its helm, BACC Builders has experienced remarkable growth, steadily enhancing its reputation. The company is currently involved in the largest residential/commercial conversion project in NYC, the Manhattan House.
Throughout all his endeavors, Michael Bacchetta exhibited a unique and winning support system which saved his clients money and helped complete the projects within the committed time frame.
Mr. Bacchetta is an avid golfer. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and children.
